Room 102 – Nautical Room
Climb aboard! The brutalist school of fish wall sculpture is the focal point of this yacht-themed suite, which features dark cherry wood furnishings with original brass plates, 1970s Knoll barrel armchairs, and a Stakmore folding card table. The queen bed with vintage vinyl white headboard is flanked by ceramic negative-space wave lamps on the port and starboard sides. Anchors aweigh.

Room 103 – Dick’s Room
Our manliest room features a matching coffee and end table from racecar driver Emerson Fittipaldi’s former Miami Beach estate, a vintage rattan dinette set, and oversized cane armchairs. A set of original Carlos Fernandez corn photographs lead to the queen bed which sits beneath a framed William Wegman sepia-toned Weimaraner photo. You won’t have to waste any wishes lighting up the room with the bedroom’s Midcentury chalkware genie lamps. Swanky and stylish.

Room 104 – Turquoise Green Room
This airy family suite features 2 daybeds on either side of a Midcentury two-tier mica and bamboo corner table. The glass dinette and Lucite lamps make the living area a breath of fresh air while the king-sized bed with white and turquoise Midcentury headboard gives you all the room you need to stretch out and relax.

Room 105 – Lindy Room
Frederick Weinberg’s “Swing Time” lighted wall sculpture is the Lindy Room’s most notable décor, but it doesn’t stop there. The living area features tall cane-back chairs, a deep and comfortable daybed upholstered with vintage airplane fabric from long-gone National Airlines, and a gorgeous bubble crystal ball sits atop the blue waterfall coffee table for a retro-futuristic feel. The bedroom keeps things beachy with a king-sized bed in white and blue coral motifs.

Room 106 – Lilly Room
Lilly Pullitzer accents can be found throughout this room, like in the living area’s rattan armchairs and magenta vase. An atomic-age mirrored shadowbox is adorned with colorful vintage glass bottles that shine like jewels over the deep and comfortable daybed upholstered with vintage airplane fabric from long-gone National Airlines. A midcentury cat clock triptych in the living room compliments the vintage ceramic poodle lamps on either side of the queen-sized bed.

Room 107 – Pretzel Time
Knot your average vacation. This room got its name from the stunning curves of the Heywood Wakefield “Pretzel” furniture and lighting set in the living room. In the bedroom, the queen bed with an upholstered headboard is flanked by two dreamy peach Lucite lamps, and the two-toned 70s-style dresser and round mirror make this room delightful in any decade.

Room 108 – Black & White Room
Old Hollywood elegance is the inspiration for this room. The living area features a sleek 50s dinette, a tufted vinyl cylinder bar, and Lucite lamps around the cozy cane-back chairs and sofa. See if you can name the stars in the MGM studio photo on the pool-facing wall. The bedroom features a king bed and more framed vintage art inspired by the silver screen. Action!

Room 109 – Underwater Vibes
Plenty of space to stretch out on this bright and cheerful corner room’s large reef print wraparound sofa. Cane back chairs, vintage dinette, and Lucite lamps add more retro touches for an old Florida feel, and the bedroom’s king-sized bed with rattan end tables provide more comfort and beachy vintage style.

Room 200 – Disco Room
Leisure suits optional. Do the hustle to our one and only studio room, which provides plenty of space to dance your cares away beneath the room’s disco ball, fix a snack in the fully equipped kitchen, and knock out on the queen-sized bed. A pair of unique, vintage cantilevered chairs or a cozy little love seat maximize the space. West-facing windows let plenty of glorious natural light in. This boogie wonderland is the favorite of one of our most frequent and dearest guests and we must say, our dancing queen has excellent taste.

Room 201 – The Beach Pad
Zen, relaxation, and coastal chic are the main elements of the unpretentious, comfortable simplicity found in the Beach Pad. Palm frond framed windows give it a bright and airy feel. This corner unit is just steps from the ocean. Appointed in a Mid-Century minimalist style that exudes beach life, the furnishings in this room are just the right blend of cool marine tones and warm woods to draw the peaceful, beach escape vibe indoors. The dining area features a 1970’s Luigi Perini Lucite/chrome/mirrored high-top bar, enhancing the minimalist feeling of this room. The “Verosis” will kick in immediately upon check-in…Relax, read, paint, write, and indulge in this peaceful beach pad, which will lure you back time and time again.

Chalkware dancer lamps in the bedroom add more beauty and whimsy to this retro-chic suite.

Treasures from days gone by can be found everywhere you look! Retro Delight features a superbly spacey Eero Saarinen tulip chair dinette, and behind the cozy wraparound sofa, the Paul McCobb Pomona tile lamp with its original shade brings atomic age elegance. Midcentury art throughout like the glass grapes set and the jazzy streetscape painting in the living area, and the colorful parrot print over the queen-sized bed make this a wall-to-wall retro experience.

No need for rose-colored glasses in this exuberant second-floor corner suite, which features two daybeds with magenta cushions among the many brightly colored accents throughout. The classic retro feels of the Lucite dinette by Charles Hollis Jones, and similar crystal-clear accents like the 3-tiered Lucite bookshelf leave room for all the sass and cheekiness found in 209. The queen bedroom is just the right amount of frou-frou, with vintage Universal Art Co. “Cherie” ballet wall art, a sleek black lacquer mirror, and an updated bathroom featuring our collection of Studio Miller chalkware fish decorating the walls.

Rates:
Rates are based on double occupancy and are subject to an 11% Florida State Tourist and Sales Tax. There is a three-day minimum stay during Holidays. Discounted weekly and monthly rates for an extended stay.
We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. One night deposit is required at the time of reservation. The balance is payable in full at the time of check-in.
Pet Policy:
We are Pet Friendly. There is a flat rate of $25 per pet. Pets must be leashed in the common areas. All pet stays must be confirmed with the property prior to arrival to ensure a pet-friendly room is available. In the event a pet is found in a non-designated pet room there will be a $150 pet fee charged to the account of the pet owner. Pet waste should be disposed of in the dumpster located in the back of the building. There are a maximum of two (2) dogs per designated pet-friendly room. Weight limit: 20 pounds at maturity.

Please note, all rooms are based on double occupancy unless otherwise instructed. Any extra guests over 12 years of age will be charged $25 per person, per night. Cribs and air mattresses are available, contact the front desk for more information.
Cancellation Policy:
A 72-hour cancellation notice is required. Cancellations received less than 72 hours prior to arrival shall be charged a full night cancellation fee.
Stays up to or longer than 7 days require a 7-day cancellation notice and are subject to be charged in full.
Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5.30 pm. Saturdays and Sundays from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
