Please note, all rooms are based on double occupancy unless otherwise instructed. Any extra guests over 12 years of age will be charged $25 per person, per night.

Office Hours:
9:00 am to 5:30 pm (Mon- Fri) 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (Sat-Sun)
Check – In is at 3 pm / Check – Out is at 11 am.
Same day booking accepted ONLY during Office Hours.
If you depart before 9:AM, you may leave the keys in the room and doors unlocked. If you arrive late, the door to your room will be unlocked with keys on the dining table.

Hotel QUIET HOURS begin at 10:00 p.m., nightly. Loud noise, loud music, loud voices (in Hotel suites, swimming pool, or other facilities), are not permitted and can result in immediate eviction with no refund.         

No Smoking Policy:

South Beach Place is a smoke-free hotel. You will incur a $250 charge for smoking in guest rooms.

Pet Policy:

There is a flat rate of $25 per pet. Pets must be leashed in the common areas.  All pet stays must be confirmed with the property prior to arrival to ensure a pet-friendly room is available. There are a maximum of two (2) dogs per designated pet-friendly room.

Guest parking:
is designated at the South End of the property. Please do not leave any valuables in your vehicle, we are not responsible for any theft or damage.

Housekeeping Service:
We do not offer daily housekeeping service. However, services are available upon request for an additional fee. For daily towel exchange, we ask that you place your used towels and linens out on the porch chair by noon and they will be exchanged for a clean set.

Guest laundry:
is available for your convenience, at your expense. It is in the west wing of the building. We will not be responsible for articles left behind. Change is available at the office.

The barbecue is for everyone to enjoy. Please keep Barbecue and surrounding area clean. TURN BARBECUE GAS TANK OFF WHEN FINISHED COOKING. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Garbage and recyclables can be disposed of in the dumpster located in South West corner of the building. We encourage recycling and hope you can do so!

It is open from Dawn to Dusk. Use at your own risk. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. No Pets are allowed in the pool area. No Smoking. No Glass please!!!

Pool furniture must remain in pool area always. Pool is open to registered hotel guests ONLY. Towels are provided for the Hotel Guest ONLY.

Room Furnishing:
All guests are responsible for the furnishings in the unit during their stay. Each unit has been inventoried prior to your arrival and an inventory shall be conducted prior to your departure.

There will be a replacement charge for damaged or missing items such as towels, room keys or any other items from the room. Our rooms are furnished with vintage collectible pieces, please enjoy our collection and be respectful and kind to it!

Cancellation Policy:
A 72-hour cancellation notice is required. Cancellations received less than 72 hours prior to arrival shall be charged a full night cancellation fee.
Stays up to or longer than 7 days require a 7-day cancellation notice and are subject to be charged in full.

Hotel Management cannot be held responsibility for any personal items and valuables left in the guest rooms.

We will do our very best to accommodate you with the room of your choice. However, we reserve the right to change your room choice at our discretion and for any reason.
